Added support for Chrome’s experimental Email Verification Protocol (EVP), with an optional setting to enable it automatically on OptiPub subscribe forms.

Expanded documentation for email verification and EVP to make setup and adoption easier.

Fixed the Gmail annotation overlay so it updates correctly after removing the last card.
